WHO ARE MODYNE’S PEOPLE
Modyne is largely made of up long term employees. We have several employees who have been with the company for over 10 years. We have three basic production departments - the machine shop - the hydraulic and assembly shop and the fabrication shop, in these departments all of our welders hold current certifications in various steel, stainless and aluminum welding procedures to a standard of AWS D1.1. We have five journeyman machinist and participate in an active training program for Apprentice and Journeyman machinists through the Salt Lake Community College. In the hydraulic department we have millwrights and hydraulic technicians.
Our management staff is balanced with people who came up through the ranks at Modyne and others who bring their talents and experience from the outside world. We also have an ongoing management training program and strongly believe we are in the business of building people, not just parts.
